VOLCANO VILLARRICA…crazy cool bucket list experience!

Pucón Chile…especially Villarrica Volcano [Volcán Villarrica] will always have a special place in my heart…like a love hate one. After factoring in the weather conditions, excruciating heel pain every step of the way, starting my period 5 minutes into the hike [sorry TMI], almost getting blown off the top by 50-60 km winds, + extremely low visibility…I’d say this is the hardest hike I’ve ever done. But, nothing was going to stop me/us from summiting this ~3,000 meter high volcano!
